Duggan Commercial was founded by blue-collar brothers Dylan and Payton Duggan, whose work ethic was shaped long before the company officially began. More than 20 years ago, they started working alongside their father, learning firsthand what it takes to operate heavy machinery, clear land, construct new builds, and safely demolish existing structures. Those early mornings and long days in the field didn’t just teach them technical skills — they instilled values of discipline, accountability, and pride in doing a job the right way.
Through years of hands-on experience, Dylan and Payton developed a deep understanding of the construction process from the ground up. They saw how critical timing, coordination, and reliability are to keeping projects on schedule.
